- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for system changes and new releases.
- Review business requirements, technical specifications, and test scenarios to ensure test coverage.
- Prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data based on system requirements.
- Execute test activities, record test results, and identify defects or system issues.
- Log, track, and follow up on defects with developers and relevant stakeholders until resolution.
- Support test planning, test coordination, and testing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Verify that system enhancements and fixes meet business needs and quality standards.
- Prepare test reports, status updates, and testing evidence for management review.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation.
Education \& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing, system testing, or quality assurance.
- Experience in testing web-based, mobile, or enterprise systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management tools is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and test lifecycle.
- Ability to create and execute test cases and test scripts.
