Chinese Translator

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a communication bridge between the Chinese-speaking client/team and site workers.

* Translate verbal instructions, discussions and site-related information accurately between Chinese, English and Hindi.

* Communicate client requirements and instructions clearly to workers and ensure proper understanding.

* Assist workers in communicating their queries, concerns and requirements to the client/site management.

* Support communication during site meetings, toolbox talks, briefings and daily work activities.

* Translate safety instructions, work procedures and other site-related communications when required.

* Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and workers to ensure smooth day-to-day communication at site.

* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with clients and employees.

* Provide on-site translation support whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

* Proficiency in Chinese, English and Hindi is mandatory.

* Previous experience as a Chinese Translator/Interpreter, preferably in a site or project environment.

* Strong verbal communication and interpretation skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and workers.

* Ability to understand and translate technical/site-related instructions accurately.

* Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

* Must be comfortable working full-time at the project site.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
