Duties

• Supervise and interact with children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Duties require feeding the kids, Changing them along with indoor and outdoor activities
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Assist with toddler care, infant care, preschool activities, and behavior management strategies tailored to each child's developmental stage
• Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in daycare is required.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Hands-on experience managing group activities and behavior management techniques.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in mandated reporting laws is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children in diverse settings
• Experience implementing early childhood education curricula or youth programs enhances your fit for this role

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
