Roles \& Responsibilities
- To support/assist the lab supervisors/chemists by performing routine and ad-hoc laboratory analysis on production tank samples, to support plant operations for the purpose of quality assurance/control.
- Learn and practice good manufacturing standards for plating in surface treatment.
- Maintain documentation for work procedures in accordance to ISO standards.
- Comply with Company’s policies, procedures and safety rules.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of lab equipments.
- Prepare samples and ensure accurate data generation and records, in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- Utilize analytical instruments to address quality assurance/control issues.
- Prepare chemical solutions.
Requirements
- Fresh Polytechnic/ITE graduates with the relevant background in Chemical/Process/Technical Engineering are welcome to apply
- 1 to 3 years working experience in plating manufacturing (preferred/optional)
- Computer-literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to write and speak English fluently.
- Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multi-task
- A good team player with strong initiative and an analytical mind
- Willing to work in the Woodlands area and perform rotating work-shifts if required
- Valid working visa if foreigner
