We are looking for passionate and skilled Saudi Chef de Parties specialties on cold kitchen, salad buffet, to join our team at Miraval the Red Sea, a destination focused on wellness, mindful eating, and outstanding guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced culinary professionals with a strong background in international cuisine, who are team players with solid kitchen knowledge, high standards, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A good understanding of HACCP standards, basic paperwork, and effective communication skills are essential, as well as the drive to support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in line with wellness-focused menus

Support in maintaining HACCP records and kitchen documentation

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications
Qualifications \& Experience
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in international cuisine, with emphasis on healthy, mindful, and wellness-oriented menus.
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training.
- Proven track record in fine dining, banquets, and à la carte operations.
- Experience in menu development, including plant-based, gluten-free, and dietary-specific offerings.
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a multicultural culinary team.
