Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
Assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
Maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)
Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB
Carry out generator set testing and the system
Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board
Attend all power failure and rectify promptly
Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Performs all other assignments and responsibilities as directed by management/Superior
