Niimbot is one of the key brands distributed and operated by WINWAYS, offering innovative portable thermal label printing solutions for retail, logistics, office, warehousing, and home organisation.

As we continue expanding in the Australian market, we are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager with relevant industry background to grow our distributor and reseller network.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to lead channel development and business growth for the Niimbot brand across Australia.

This position is focused on developing distributor, reseller, retail, and B2B partnerships. Candidates with existing experience in related product categories and established industry connections will be highly regarded.

Relevant industry backgrounds include:

  • Label printers
  • Thermal printers
  • POS systems
  • Office equipment
  • Retail technology
  • Barcode / scanning devices
  • Consumer electronics distribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor and reseller partnerships
  • Expand sales channels across retail, wholesale, and B2B markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partners
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Conduct product presentations and commercial negotiations
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to support channel growth
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Achieve sales and growth targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Strong background in related industries such as printing, POS, office equipment, or retail technology
  • Existing distributor, reseller, or retail channel relationships preferred
  • Experience managing channel partners and commercial accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Australian working rights

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience with thermal printing or label printing products
  • Existing network within Australian distribution or retail channels
  • Mandarin or Chinese communication ability
  • Experience with e-commerce or Amazon channel development

Location

Sydney, NSW (Hybrid / Flexible)

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
