Certified Personal Trainer
Job Description

Create impact. Build a career. Change lives — including your own.

If you're the kind of trainer who lights up when you help someone become a stronger, healthier version of themselves…
If you love learning, connecting, and being part of a mission-driven team…
And if you want a real fitness career (yes, the kind with stability, growth, and actual paid hours)…
Then welcome home.

We’re looking for a part-time (potential for full time if qualifications are met over 90-180 day period) Personal Trainer/Coach to join our high-energy, tight-knit teams across our Anytime Fitness clubs , specifically at our Anytime Fitness Fort Mill location (855 Gold Hill Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708).

Why This Role Matters

Our trainers are the heartbeat of our clubs. They don’t just train — they coach, they educate, they connect, and they inspire. They help our members make healthy happen and shape the culture of our community every day.

People don’t come here just to lift weights.
They come here to feel seen, supported, and guided — and you’ll be at the center of that experience.

What Makes Working With Us Different

Lots of gyms promise high hourly rates or “unlimited earning potential.”
You’ve probably read those. You’ve probably also heard how they really work.

We’ll keep this simple:
You’re paid for every minute you’re in the club. Period.
Training, consults, member engagement, floor work, continuing education — if you’re here, you’re paid. No off-the-clock hustling. No unpaid hours. No smoke, no mirrors.

And unlike many fitness environments built on turnover and competition, our clubs run on team, development, and purpose:

✓ You’re not a commodity here — you’re part of something bigger.

We hire people we believe in and invest in their growth, both personally and professionally.

✓ Your career won’t stall.

We offer continuing education, certifications, conference opportunities, networking, and chances to take on more responsibility when you’re ready.

✓ You’ll feel supported, connected, and valued.

Our three clubs operate as one team — close-knit, collaborative, and united by the mission to deliver the best member experience in the Carolinas.

✓ You’ll build real relationships, not just a client list.

We’re in the business of people, not transactions.
