Certified Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and health conditions
• Lead one-on-one and group training sessions
• Demonstrate proper techniques and ensuring safety during exercises
• Assess clients’ fitness levels through evaluations and progress tracking to refine training plans effectively
• Provide expert advice on nutrition, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support holistic health improvements
• Promote fitness sales by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable training packages
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
• Create social media posts to help attract new clients and engage current ones

Qualifications

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization
• Solid knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, sports coaching techniques, and body mechanics
• Experience in program design for diverse populations with varying fitness levels.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote memberships and personal training services confidently
• Previous experience working in a health club or gym environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for motivating others toward healthier lifestyles.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
