Video Monitoring Agent
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE \| Full-time \| 12 hour shifts, 24/7 rotating shifts

AiGuard Security Systems is hiring Video Monitoring Agents for our Dubai operations center. We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting commercial and government security clients. You will use AI video analytics, live cameras, and two-way audio to detect threats and stop them in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client properties in real time using video surveillance and AI analytics platforms
• Identify, assess, and respond to suspicious or unauthorized activity with urgency and accuracy
• Use two-way audio to warn off trespassers and stop criminal activity
• Dispatch security officers, police, or courtesy patrol based on set procedures
• Handle inbound calls from clients and site contacts with clear, professional communication
• Coordinate with field teams and internal departments on active incidents
• Check system health and camera function using command center tools, and escalate issues
• Run virtual patrols to catch problems before they escalate
• Write detailed, accurate incident reports for client and executive review
• Log all activity and keep precise shift records
• Follow standard operating procedures and client post orders
• Document open issues and brief the next shift at handoff
• Stay calm and use sound judgment in high-stress situations

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English is required and non-negotiable. You must speak clearly, be easily understood on the phone, and write with correct grammar and spelling. Every candidate completes a phone screen and a written English test. Candidates who do not meet this standard will not move forward.
• Full availability for any shift: days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and cover short-notice openings
• 2+ years of experience in CCTV monitoring, a security control room, emergency dispatch, police, military, or a call center
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or more
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and web-based software
• Ability to focus on screens for full shifts without losing accuracy
• Ability to handle several tasks at once under pressure
• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
• Valid UAE residence visa, or eligibility for company sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Experience with video management or alarm monitoring software
• IT security background
• Knowledge of emergency services and response procedures
• SIRA or other security control room certification
