Job Title: Category Manager – Baby Gear (Online Store)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Category Manager to lead the baby feeding category on our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the product range, optimizing listings, planning marketing activities, and driving category sales, while ensuring proper stock rotation and avoiding dead stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the baby gear category

  • Identify new product opportunities to expand the assortment

  • Ensure all listings are accurate and complete (descriptions, pricing, images)

  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute category-specific campaigns and offers

  • Implement smart discounting strategies to boost sales and avoid overstock

  • Monitor and analyze category performance to identify trends and opportunities

  • Work closely with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure availability and stock health

  • Track competitor activity and market trends to keep the category competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in category management or e-commerce

  • Knowledge of baby products, especially feeding-related items, is a plus

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing coordination

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Category Managing: 3 years (Preferred)
