Job description:
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Pack takeaway orders and serve customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cashier counter, coffee station, equipment, and work areas.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to supervisors.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product recommendations, and handle feedback professionally.
- Support general outlet operations, including clearing tables and other duties as assigned.
Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per month
