Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Carpet Installer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience installing all types of carpets across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and office projects within the UAE. The candidate should be skilled in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing carpets to the highest quality standards while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, replace, and maintain all types of carpet flooring.
• Measure installation areas accurately and calculate material requirements.
• Prepare floors and surfaces before installation, including cleaning, leveling, and underlay installation.
• Cut, trim, and fit carpets precisely around corners, stairs, doorways, and fixtures.
• Install various carpet types including:
• Wall-to-wall carpets
• Carpet tiles
• Broadloom carpets
• Axminster carpets
• Wilton carpets
• Needle-punch carpets
• Exhibition/event carpets
• Office carpets
• Hospitality and hotel carpets
• Mosque carpets
• Custom-designed carpets and rugs
• Use appropriate installation methods including stretching, gluing, seaming, and tile fixing.
• Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients as required.
• Follow all UAE safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of carpet installation experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of all carpet installation techniques and materials.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, floor plans, and project specifications.
• Skilled in carpet stretching, seaming, adhesive application, and edge finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling installation materials.
• Good attention to detail and workmanship.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, office fit-out, and large-scale commercial projects.
• Knowledge of floor preparation and subfloor treatment.
• Familiarity with international carpet installation standards and best practices.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
