Carpenter - Qualified

Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our friendly team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.

Key responsibilities

• First & second-fix carpentry
• Property renovation experience
• Grounds works - concrete repair/paths/ramps (not essential but advantageous)
• Fencing – timber & concrete posts/rails
• All aspects of roofing: guttering, velux windows, vents, fascia/soffit, flat roofs
• Balcony repairs – waterproofing
• General ad hoc repairs
• MEWP experience
• Problem solving
• The successful candidate will be working throughout the Leinster area

Person:

• Qualified carpenter
• 10 years’ experience
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Experience working in a property maintenance environment would be beneficial
• Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
• Manual handling (will be provided)
• A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
• Full Current B driving licence
• Motivated to be part of a successful, focused team

Salary: €38k-€49k p.a. DOE

Hours of work – 39 per week

7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm

Pay: €38,000.00-€49,000.00 per year
