About the role

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to support the maintenance and repair of hospital buildings and infrastructure. The role involves identifying issues, reporting on required rectification works and contributing to continuous improvement across the facilities team. All tasks must be performed safely, professionally and in line with organisational policies and legislative requirements.

In this role you will carry out carpentry works, inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the hospital remains safe, functional and compliant with relevant standards. Responsibilities include management and order of supplies, liaising with suppliers, and completing work orders efficiently to minimise disruption to patient care.
