Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead shuttering carpenters and helpers on site.
Read and interpret construction drawings, formwork layouts, and project specifications.
Plan and assign daily tasks to shuttering teams.
Ensure accurate setting out, alignment, leveling, and installation of formwork.
Inspect shuttering works before concrete pouring to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Steel Foremen, and Concrete Teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of formwork materials and tools.
Identify and report material shortages and site issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and work schedules.
Enforce company safety policies and site regulations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
