Carpenter / Experienced Hammerhands

Qualified Carpenters / Hammerhands wanted

We’re looking for qualified carpenters/hammerhands to join the Bluco team. Weekly pay, with rates based on your experience, skills and the role.

We have a range of positions available across Hamilton, with most of our work involving commercial, civil and multi-unit residential projects.

A lot of our work is project-based, so we’re interested in hearing from:

• Casual carpenters
• Individual contractors
• Contracting teams

While some roles are initially project or temporary based, the work is generally full-time, with 45+ hours per week. Many of our workers stay on with us after their initial project is completed and move onto the next job.

We also regularly hear from qualified carpenters who have a gap between projects and are simply looking for a few weeks of fill-in work. If that sounds like you, don’t hesitate to get in touch — we may have something available.

Not Qualified? Still Get in Touch

Even if you’re not a qualified carpenter, we’d still be keen to hear from you. If you have solid construction experience, are reliable and know your way around a site, feel free to reach out. We often have a range of roles available and may be able to find something that suits your skills and experience.

What You'll Need

• Relevant carpentry or construction experience
• A full set of basic power and hand tools for trade roles
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

We can provide PPE where required.
