We are seeking a talented individual for Career Product Consultant position at Mercer. This role will be based in Korea.
Career Product consultants work with a wide range of clients to help them develop and implement reward and talent programs for their employees, providing expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, employee experience, leadership, market trends, HR regulations and best practices. Drawing on global research and rigorous analysis, Career Product consultants equip clients with guidance, knowledge, tools and support to ensure their reward and talent programs reinforce their strategic objectives. With a few years of experience, a Senior Career Product Consulting Analyst is still growing as an individual contributor, but can tackle problems and get the job done, sometimes with guidance from senior team members.
We will count on you to:
- Under moderate supervision analyse clients' internal HR data including compensation versus market utilising excel modelling skills. Works with colleagues to ensure market data are reasonable and client specifications are met, and complete revisions as necessary.
- Understand talent management trends, HR practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace. Researches public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyse client data and uses Mercer's in house technology to run reports and extract market data to use in production of analysis. May also research other areas to solicit knowledge at the request of senior consultants.
- Assist in preparing client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint for review by more senior consultants
- Support seminar/workshop tasks when necessary under close supervision of more senior consultants.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR (HR기획 경험자)
- Solid experience in HR system/program design (e.g., job/grade, performance, promotion, evaluation, compensation) with strong analytical capability.
- Demonstrated exposure to Reward and Talent topics (e.g., talent processes, leadership/talent development, workforce planning, job architect, grading, compensation\&benefit).
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English; ability to work confidently with overseas stakeholders.
