Job Summary
The Tenant Partnerships & Marketing Manager will play a key strategic and operational role in supporting WEAVE at Resorts World Sentosa, working closely with internal teams and external partners to delivery impactful marketing activations, partnerships and resort-wide campaigns. This role focuses on enhancing tenant engagement and strengthening their propositions from a resort perspective to boost visibility, visitation and spend. The successful candidate will be creative, collaborative, tenant-focused, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment. He/she will support overarching resort initiatives, WEAVE initiatives and other Resorts World Sentosa-related initiatives as required.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain strong tenant relations (WEAVE and resort tenants) to support marketing and creative activation needs, secure participation in resort-wide campaigns or activations, and proactively conceptualize collaborative opportunities to drive visitation and spend.
- To lead the planning and execution of WEAVE marketing initiatives (in tandem with broader resort-wide plans) to support awareness, engagement and growth objectives for WEAVE and the resort.
- To interface with internal teams as required to support and deliver WEAVE marketing initiatives and creative activations, campaigns and resort-wide plans.
- To maintain currency of WEAVE-related visitor touchpoints, communication channels and other touchpoints, including but not limited to: the website, social media platforms, in-resort media, and others.
- To improve WEAVE tenant visibility
- To monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives, creative activations or other, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and returns.
- To provide accurate and timely updates for reporting purposes
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships and/or campaign management; experience in a retail or retail mall environment is a plus

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence in liaising with internal/external stakeholders across different levels.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive in follow up and capable of working independently and under pressure to drive outcomes.
