Conduct forecasting, performance analysis, segmentation, and ROI evaluation to guide marketing investment decisions
Manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, consumer behavior, and effectiveness of marketing strategies
Support management in the planning, integration, and execution of resort-wide marketing strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing plans, programs, and campaigns for different customer segments
Guide the implementation of resort-wide experience products, high-value events and promotions, and strategic partnerships for destination marketing and brand development
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements at all times
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Planning, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
