Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct forecasting, performance analysis, segmentation, and ROI evaluation to guide marketing investment decisions
  • Manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, consumer behavior, and effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Support management in the planning, integration, and execution of resort-wide marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing plans, programs, and campaigns for different customer segments
  • Guide the implementation of resort-wide experience products, high-value events and promotions, and strategic partnerships for destination marketing and brand development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements at all times

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in regulatory processes is a plus.
