T\&C Motors is the main Peugeot dealer for Waterford City and County, and we're looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering a top-class customer experience.
• Organising and conducting test drives.
• Explaining vehicle features, finance options, and offers in a clear, friendly way.
• Closing deals and celebrating your wins.
• Building long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Generating your own leads through follow-ups, social media, and creative ideas.
• Working closely with your Sales Manager and teammates to hit and exceed targets.
• Staying up to date with Peugeot models, technology, and wider industry trends.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything on day one - we'll teach you. What matters most is attitude.

• A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people.
• Target-driven and motivated by results and rewards.
• A positive, go-getter mindset.
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, or the desire to learn them.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Full clean driver's licence is essential.
• Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential.
