Nolinor Aviation is currently seeking a Captain on the Boeing 737-200 for its Yellowknife base. Please note that this position is not a rotational position.

Responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, manufacturer standards, and Nolinor directives;
• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing;
• Ensure all crew members perform their duties properly and professionally during flight operations;
• Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS);
• Possibility of conducting line checks and providing line training;
• Participate in updates to aircraft procedures and manuals;
• Perform any other related duties as outlined in the Company Operations Manual. Requirements

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL);
• Have PIC or FO jet hours, or PIC hours under 705;
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
• Hold a valid passport;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Customer service–oriented with the ability to build strong client relationships;
• Ability to work well in a team environment;
• Flexible and able to adapt to a variable work schedule;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with passengers on board and various stakeholders.
