Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Cantonese↔English interpretation during phone, video, or virtual meetings
• Maintain high accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all communications
• Follow client confidentiality and professional conduct guidelines
• Participate in paid onboarding and training sessions
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Native Cantonese speaker with strong English proficiency
• Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience (medical, legal, business, or community)
• Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
• Strong understanding of Cantonese and Western cultural nuances
