As a–Canadian Vice President - Complex Bridges (Design-Build), you will play a critical leadership role in expanding our complex bridge portfolio across the Americas, with a focus on the Canadian market. You will drive market growth, lead major pursuits, and deliver high-profile projects while positioning Jacobs as the partner of choice for alternative delivery. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining technical leadership, market development, team growth, mentorship, and project delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
Proven Experience In: * Driving market development and strategic growth initiatives * Leading major pursuits and winning large-scale bridge projects * Building strategic partnerships and client relationships * Delivering innovative, cost-effective bridge solutions * Applying advanced knowledge of bridge construction and erection methods * Navigating and responding to competitive market dynamics

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 350,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 400,000.00 The base salary range for this position is $350,000.00 to $400,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
