Job Requirements:

  • Call Center Experience: Inbound and outbound call experience is preferred.

  • Strong Communication \& Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns quickly.
  • Reliability: Attendance is crucial, and candidates must be able to adhere to assigned schedules.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable means of transportation to the workplace.
