Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the café and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the barista and service crew team.
• Handle cashier duties and manage daily opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Resolve customer feedback and operational issues professionally.

Requirements

• Experience as a barista is required.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
