Responsibilities:
- Operations \& Daily Management
Staff Management \& Leadership
- Supervise frontline staff (cashiers, baristas, kitchen crew, servers)
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance
- Train new staff and provide on-the-job coaching
- Motivate staff and maintain good teamwork
- Conduct basic performance monitoring
Sales \& Business Performance
- Support sales targets and promotional campaigns
- Upsell products and encourage add-on sales
- Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports
- Suggest ideas to improve revenue
Inventory \& Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels (raw materials, packaging, supplies)
- Assist in ordering and receiving stock
- Reduce wastage and prevent theft
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO practice
Quality, Hygiene \& Compliance
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and storage
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare outlet for inspections
Administration \& Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (sales, manpower, stock)
- Handle petty cash and basic outlet expenses
- Assist in payroll attendance records
- Coordinate with HQ / management
Customer Relations \& Brand Image
- Build good relationships with regular customers
- Handle feedback and online reviews professionally
- Maintain brand standards and presentation
Support Management \& Problem Solving
- Handle emergency situations (staff shortage, equipment breakdown, complaints)
- Propose improvements to workflow and operations
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
- Monitor service quality, speed, and customer experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Ensure SOPs are followed at all times
