Ted’s Coffee House is a fast-growing café located within Kilkenny House Boutique Hotel, Freshford Road, opposite the hospital.

We’re looking for a hands-on Café \& Front Office Operations Lead to take ownership of morning operations across our café and hotel front desk.

What you’ll be doing

• Opening and running breakfast service each morning
• Stock ordering \& basic inventory management
• Running daily operations in Ted’s Coffee House
• Overseeing front desk operations including guest check-out and enquiries
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service across all areas

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality or café/food service
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced café environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Hands-on approach with pride in quality coffee and service
