What you’ll do:

Responsible for issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods to warehouses or project sites. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to track order status, resolve issues, and ensure fulfillment in line with project and operational requirements.

• Procurement Planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.
• Forecast demand for goods and services to create effective procurement plans.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Purchase Orders and Deliveries
• Checking PR created from MRP run for direct materials
• Create PO for direct and indirect materials
• Attached quotation into PO for 3rd party purchase
• Print PO in PDF format or Email PO
• PO Follow Up and track the progress of deliveries
• Expedite delivery from suppliers (if needed)
• Escalate to manager for critical / Urgent deliveries
• Arrange with forwarder to pick up cargo from suppliers
• Resolve issues such as delays, defective products, or incorrect shipments.
• Documentation and Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standard
• Conduct regular MM, PIR and Source List maintenance in SAP
• Maintain Vendor master data in SAP
• Logistics support on Quality management
• Incoming shipment discrepancy on Qty or materials
• Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the reporting manager Qualifications:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 5 year experience in logistics, supply chain or procurement
• Very proficient in operating SAP MM module
• Intermediate or higher level in using Excel software
• Basic knowledge in incoterm and shipping documentation
• Good process understanding of inbound from oversea supplier to destination and outbound from either our warehouse or supplier (in case of drop shipment) to customer destination At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
