The Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and self-motivated Business Support Officer (BSO) who thrives in a dynamic school environment and takes pride in making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager Corporate Services and the Executive Team, providing high-quality support across a range of financial and administrative functions.

Business Support Officers may also be responsible for overseeing key portfolios such as Facilities and Finance, contributing to the effective and efficient operations of the school.

We are looking for an applicant who demonstrates initiative, sound judgement and strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Experience working within a school environment is highly desirable; however, candidates with transferable skills from other sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
