The Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own our commercial pipeline and turn a strong, mature product suite into consistent revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to leading the commercial function as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Work across our existing sales pipeline and inbound inquiries, as well as developing new opportunities through your own network and outreach.
  • Manage and grow client relationships — acting as a trusted consultant who understands client objectives and matches them to the right WWDS solution.
  • Lead proposal development and pitches — from scoping and pricing through to presentation and close.
  • Coordinate internal resources across creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure proposals are realistic and projects are set up for successful delivery.
  • Keep the pipeline clean and current in our CRM, and report on progress against monthly and quarterly targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in technology, events, or experiential.
  • A network in Oman across corporate, government, or agency circles — or a clear track record of building one quickly.
  • Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable managing both the relationship side and the commercial side of a deal.
  • Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously.
  • Based in Muscat.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event technology, digital engagement, or interactive solutions.
  • Familiarity with Omani procurement and tendering processes.
  • Arabic-language client relationship experience beyond translation — cultural fluency in the room.
