Lokal Digital Solutions is a community-rooted digital out of home company serving Markham, Richmond Hill, and the surrounding GTA. We place digital advertising screens inside local venues like cafés, gyms, restaurants, and shops giving local businesses an affordable, hyper-targeted way to reach their neighbourhood. We are growing fast and looking for sharp, motivated people to help us connect with local advertisers.

The Role

This is an appointment-setting role, your job is to find local businesses that could benefit from advertising with us and book them into qualified meetings. You won't be closing deals; our founder handles the pitch and the close. Your win is a confirmed, qualified meeting on the calendar.

You will reach out to businesses by phone, email, in person, and Eurostaffs, start the conversation, handle early objections, and lock in a time for them to speak with us.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect local businesses (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, dentists, chiropractors, auto dealers, restaurants, and more)
  • Reach out via phone, email, in-person visits, and Eurostaffs
  • Briefly qualify each prospect — right type of business, has a marketing budget, and the decision-maker will attend
  • Book qualified appointments directly onto the founder's calendar
  • Confirm and remind prospects to keep no-shows low
  • Track your activity and bookings in a simple CRM / spreadsheet
  • Hit weekly outreach and booked-meeting targets

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with cold outreach — you don't mind picking up the phone or walking into a business
  • Clear, friendly communicator who can hold a conversation and handle a "no thanks"
  • Organized and self-managing — you can run your own day without being chased
  • Based in or near the GTA with a reliable vehicle for in-person visits
  • Bonus: experience in sales, SDR/lead-gen, customer service, or retail

Compensation

  • Independent contractor role — commission-based with uncapped earning potential. The more meetings you book that turn into closed deals, the more you make.
  • Flexible hours — set your own schedule, as long as you're delivering results
  • Full commission structure discussed on the intro call
