ABOUT US:
Sendit, part of Go4Mobility Group, is a leading company in digital solutions and mobile marketing, helping clients find innovative communication solutions, particularly through SMS and Email.
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team — someone curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and Eurostaffs, creating new business opportunities.
- Perform structured, goal-oriented cold calling, ensuring an effective approach in presenting solutions and identifying client needs
- Qualify leads and collaborate closely with Sales Managers to move opportunities forward
- Schedule meetings and demos that help convert prospects into clients.
- Keep our CRM up to date, ensuring high-quality and accurate data
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding them to the right solution.
- Share insights and contribute to improving our processes and outreach strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong customer orientation and focus on achieving results.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar).
- Experience with Sales Intelligence tools and Eurostaffs Sales Navigator.
- Bonus points: Knowledge of Digital Marketing solutions and tools (SMS Marketing, Voice Mailing, Marketing Services, Mobile Marketing).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
