To establish and grow Skin care retail by managing company documentation, building relationships with retailers and business partners, promoting products, and developing new sales opportunities across Oman.
Main Responsibilities
PRO \& Administration
- Handle all company documentation and renewals.
- Process visas, labor cards, municipality and ministry requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities.
- Maintain company records and compliance.
Business Development
- Introduce products to pharmacies.
- Visit department stores.
- Meet hotel spas and wellness centers.
- Approach beauty salons and clinics.
- Find distributors and wholesalers.
- Build long-term business relationships.
Sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Follow up on quotations and orders.
- Expand B28 Skin Lab into new markets.
Marketing Support
- Attend exhibitions and networking events.
- Organize product launches.
- Coordinate sampling campaigns.
- Gather customer and market feedback.
Reporting
- Submit weekly sales reports.
- Maintain a client database.
- Track leads and follow-ups.
- Report competitor activities.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Oman.
- Experience in business development or sales.
- PRO experience is an advantage.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, pharmacy, FMCG, or hospitality is preferred.
Skills
- Fluent English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid Oman driving licence (preferred).
- Own vehicle (preferred).

KPIs (First 6 Months)
- Visit at least 15 business clients per week.
- Secure 3–5 new business accounts per month.
- Generate monthly sales according to agreed targets.
- Maintain 100% compliance with company documentation and renewals.
- Submit a weekly activity report every Friday.
- Build a database of at least 200 potential client
Pay: RO325.000 - RO450.000 per month
