Business Development Manager – Staff Augmentation

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in Staff Augmentation and Workforce Solutions in Qatar?

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, acquire new clients, and expand our presence across Government, Telecom, Banking, Healthcare, Oil \& Gas, and Enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure Staff Augmentation and Outsourcing opportunities across Qatar.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful resource deployment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic account plans and expand existing client relationships.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Business Development experience in Qatar.
• Strong experience in Staff Augmentation, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment Services, or Workforce Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in winning and managing staffing contracts with Government and Enterprise clients.
• Strong network within Qatar's business community.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and outsourcing practices is highly desirable.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
