Business Development Manager - Business Solutions

The Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing \& Presales, focusing on driving and leading the sales cycle of ERP and CRM solutions to new customers across New Zealand.

What Will Be Involved

As a Business Development Manager, you will uncover new sales opportunities and build, record, and nurture a solid pipeline of sales prospects, including collaborating with internal marketing and vendors to enhance this pipeline. Developing a deep understanding of the capabilities and benefits of FUJIFILM MicroChannel solutions will be key to your success, which will help you plan and manage demonstrations of proposed solutions. Following up on contacts, leads, and opportunities will be essential, as will negotiating and closing sales opportunities, whilst ensuring a strong foundation for the delivery of ERP and CRM solutions. Regular updates and maintenance of the internal CRM system with pipeline and forecasts will also be mandatory.

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need solution selling experience, with an understanding of business operations and processes being essential. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, prospects, and vendors are crucial, as are excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
