Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Kuwait City

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present company services and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
