Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Kuwait City
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company services and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in Digital Marketing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
