As we establish our presence in the Kingdom, you will help shape our commercial approach from the beginning, working directly with regional leadership and connecting local organizations with our global capabilities in data, AI, and digital consulting.

This is not a role where you inherit a finished playbook. It is an opportunity to build one: opening relationships, identifying where architected intelligence can create measurable value, and helping create the foundations for a long-term Keyrus business in KSA.

What You'll Architect

You will be a foundational commercial hire for Keyrus KSA, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The role combines market development, consultative sales, account building, partner ecosystem development, and hands-on support for proposals and go-to-market execution.

• Develop and execute the initial business development plan for Saudi Arabia in partnership with regional leadership.
• Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities in data, AI, analytics, and digital consulting across the public and private sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including business, data, technology, AI, and transformation leaders.
• Create a sustainable pipeline through direct prospecting, professional networks, referrals, industry events, and technology partners.
• Translate client priorities into relevant Keyrus propositions, account plans, and value-based commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals and RFPs with regional and global subject-matter experts, ensuring clear positioning, strong storytelling, and high-quality submissions.
• Develop the local partner ecosystem by building productive relationships with technology vendors and other strategic partners.
• Represent Keyrus in the Saudi technology and consulting ecosystem, including conferences, roundtables, and client events.
• Maintain commercial discipline through accurate CRM management, pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
• Share market intelligence on client needs, competitors, partnerships, and emerging opportunities to inform the KSA growth strategy.
• Help build the local operating model by creating practical processes and finding solutions in a greenfield environment.

What You Bring

Qualifications and Experience

- Saudi national - mandatory for this position, in line with local entity setup requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, technology, data, or AI is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Available to work from Riyadh and travel within Saudi Arabia when required for clients, partners, and events.

Commercial Capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and move opportunities from first contact through qualification and proposal stages.
• Experience with consultative B2B sales and the ability to understand client priorities before positioning a solution.
• Strong executive communication with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and represent Keyrus professionally.
• Experience supporting proposals, presentations, and RFPs with strong attention to quality and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of CRM and forecasting practices and a disciplined approach to commercial reporting.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn limited information into practical next steps.

Nice-to-haves

• An existing network within Saudi enterprise, public-sector, or technology ecosystems.
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics, cloud, AI, enterprise applications, or digital consulting.
• Experience developing relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners.
• Previous experience in a new-market, scale-up, or greenfield environment.
