Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development \& Sales Hunting

  • Drive end-to-end business development for AlpSoft’s IT and software offerings
  • Actively hunt and acquire new customers and business opportunities in Singapore (regional exposure is an advantage)
  • Build and leverage strong networks with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets

Client Engagement \& Deal Closure

  • Conduct high-impact client meetings
  • Understand customer business challenges and position AlpSoft’s solutions as value-driven offerings
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure

Tendering \& Enterprise Sales Support

  • Manage the sales component of RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, including pricing and commercial proposals
  • Lead or participate in tender defence presentations and customer negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility

Market \& Technology Leadership

  • Maintain strong knowledge of software technologies, IT services, and product offerings
  • Stay updated on latest technology trends, including AI, cloud computing, digital transformation, and automation
  • Monitor market movements, competitor offerings, and customer trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8+ years of proven experience in IT services / software product sales
  • Prior experience working with IT solutions or software companies in Singapore
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, enterprise sales, and target achievement

Skills \& Competencies

  • Excellent sales hunting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience engaging with senior management and C-level executives
  • Solid understanding of software technologies, IT services, and modern digital solutions
  • Exposure to selling AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions is a strong plus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
