ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a field-based, hunter-style sales role. You will be the face of Naqsh — visiting corporate offices, building relationships with architects and interior designers, and converting leads into projects. You will operate across two parallel tracks:

Track 1 — Direct Corporate

Walk in. Spot the opportunity. Sell the transformation.

  • Prospecting corporate offices, business parks, towers
  • Meeting FM managers, Office Managers, C-suite
  • Selling cabin, conference room \& reception wraps
  • Conducting on-site walkthroughs with sample kit

Track 2 — Trade \& Referral

Build the network. Become the go-to name in the trade.

  • Regular touchpoints with architects \& ID studios
  • Engaging fit-out contractors and project managers
  • Attending INDEX, The Big 5, and industry events
  • Getting Naqsh specified in upcoming projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and visit target corporate offices, commercial towers, and business parks across Dubai
  • Carry and present Naqsh's physical sample kit; conduct on-site walkthroughs identifying wrap opportunities room by room
  • Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the operations team; follow up through to project sign-off
  • Build and maintain a structured database of architects, interior designers, and fit-out contractors; visit them regularly to position Naqsh as their preferred wrap partner
  • Represent Naqsh at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking forums (INDEX Dubai, The Big 5)
  • Log all leads, visits, calls, and deal stages consistently and keep the pipeline up to date
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain Naqsh's brand image in every interaction — presentation, language, and conduct must reflect a luxury studio

  • Self-motivated and autonomous — sets her own weekly targets and delivers without hand-holding
  • Impeccably presented and polished — her personal brand must reflect Naqsh's luxury positioning at all times
  • Socially fluent — comfortable across Arabic, South Asian, and Western corporate cultures in Dubai

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and has a natural flair for conversation — ambitious, commercially minded, and passionate about design. Not someone doing sales to pay the bills, but someone who sees this as a career.

QUALIFICATIONS \& REQUIREMENTS

Education

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field — preferred. Equivalent industry experience considered.

Experience

2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Background in interiors, fit-out, furniture, décor, or real estate preferred.

Driving Licence

Valid UAE Driving Licence — mandatory.

Languages

English — fluent and articulate (essential). Arabic a strong advantage. Hindi/Urdu useful.

Network

An existing network in Dubai's design, architecture, or property space is a significant advantage.

Location

Based in Dubai, UAE. Available for daily field visits across the emirate.

WHAT WE OFFER

Base Salary

AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month, depending on experience

Commission

5% of invoiced project value on every project you bring in — uncapped

Growth

Direct access to founders; opportunity to grow into Head of Sales as the team scales

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
