Job Description

The partners you recruit and activate will connect Deriv's products to real traders, moving real money, across real markets. You'll learn the mechanics of how high-value partner ecosystems work — and start contributing to one from day one. Why This Matters

Deriv processes more than $700B in monthly trading volume. A significant share of that comes through partners — Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fintech partners, and payment providers who bring traders to the platform across more than 150 countries.

The Growth Partnerships function sits at the heart of that engine. When a high-value IB in MENA goes live, when an affiliate in Southeast Asia starts generating first volume, when a payment provider unlocks a new corridor in LATAM — that's what this team makes happen.

Real money, real regulations, real consequences. What you learn here, you'll learn by doing it. Why Deriv

We're already running AI in production — not running pilots.

  • 65%+ of customer enquiries resolved by AI, with genuine judgment about when to escalate
  • Multi-agent systems handling partner onboarding, lifecycle management, and operational workflows across the GP function
  • 400+ internal users on our workflow orchestration platform
  • Campaign pipelines producing content in hours, not weeks

This matters to you because the tools you'll use every day aren't experiments. They're live systems. You'll contribute to making them better. What You’ll Do Partner acquisition and recruitment.

  • Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances aligned with Deriv's growth objectives across your assigned markets.

Portfolio activation and performance.

  • Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance. Analyse partner performance trends, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans where needed — with support from the wider GP team as you build your footing.

Commercial deal support and execution

  • Support the negotiation of commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements that balance partner incentive with Deriv's commercial requirements. You'll learn the unit economics behind what you're offering — and why they're structured the way they are.

AI-enabled operational contribution.

  • Work within AI-enabled systems that manage how partners are sourced, onboarded, supported, and managed at scale. When you spot gaps in how those systems work, you surface them — and work with product and engineering teams to improve the tooling.

Industry representation.

  • Represent Deriv at conferences and partner events including iFX Expo, Finance Magnates, Forex Expo Dubai, and regional growth events across your markets.

Who You Are

  • You have early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a commercial support function — ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or a performance-driven digital ecosystem.
  • You have a working understanding of how IB and affiliate ecosystems operate — or the commercial curiosity and learning pace to get there fast.
  • You combine commercial drive with operational follow-through. You don't just open conversations — you develop them into outcomes.
  • You're comfortable working across different cultures and markets, or actively building that capability. You build credibility with experienced operators by being prepared, asking good questions, and being straight — not by overstating your experience.
  • You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are curious about how automation can improve commercial operations. You have a sense of where human judgment adds value that automation cannot replace.
  • Exposure to MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia is a plus. Additional languages — Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese — are an advantage.
  • You hold a relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent.

The Honest Reality

This is demanding work for someone starting out. The partners you'll deal with understand the economics of this industry deeply — they'll spot under-preparation immediately. Some weeks will be frustrating. You'll run outreach that gets no response. You'll onboard a partner who doesn't activate. That's part of the learning curve.

What you'll get in return: hands-on experience with a partner ecosystem that operates across more than 150 countries, direct exposure to GP leadership, and the chance to learn from people who've done this at scale in markets most junior roles never touch.

If you want a structured, low-pressure start, this isn't it. If you want to learn fast and build a real commercial foundation, it might be.
