The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, arranging product demonstrations, following up with prospects, preparing basic proposals, and supporting the sales closure process for the company’s software products.
The role will involve selling and promoting the company’s Property Management Solution and Construction ERP to businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE markets.
This position is suitable for a target-driven person with experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, ERP, SaaS, IT solutions, real estate, property management, construction, contracting, or facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation \& Prospecting
- Identify potential customers for the company’s software products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Eurostaffs, referrals, networking, online research, and direct company visits.
- Build a database of potential clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE.
- Contact property management companies, real estate companies, landlords, facility management companies, contractors, MEP companies, civil contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Qualify leads based on company size, requirement, decision maker availability, budget, and software need
2. Sales Development
- Approach new companies and introduce the company’s software products.
- Explain the basic features and benefits of the Property Management Solution and Construction ERP.
- Arrange meetings with key decision makers such as owners, general managers, finance managers, project managers, procurement heads, leasing managers, and IT managers.
- Understand client pain points and identify how the company’s software can support their operations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects.
3. Product Presentation \& Demonstration Support
- Present the company’s Property Management Solution and Construction ERP to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/product team for detailed product demonstrations.
- Support demo meetings by explaining product benefits, modules, pricing structure, implementation process, and support services.
- Help clients understand how the software can improve their business process, reporting, control, and efficiency.
4. Proposal \& Sales Closure Support
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and introductory presentations as per company guidelines.
- Follow up with clients after meetings, demonstrations, and proposal submissions.
- Support negotiation discussions under management guidance.
- Assist in closing sales and obtaining client confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal teams after deal confirmation for onboarding, implementation, and support.
5. Market Research
- Research the UAE market for property management software and construction ERP opportunities.
- Identify potential customer segments and new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements, objections, product gaps, and market trends.
6. Reporting \& CRM Updates
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, demos, and proposals.
- Update CRM or company sales tracking sheet regularly.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports to management.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline with lead status, next action date, and expected closure value.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/product team for detailed product demonstrations.
- Support demo meetings by explaining product benefits, modules, pricing structure, implementation process, and support services.
- Help clients understand how the software can improve their business process, reporting, control, and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Good B2B sales and business development skills.
- Ability to generate leads and approach new clients independently.

- Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, CRM, cloud software, or IT solutions.

- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE business market is preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, IT solutions, CRM, digital solutions, or business applications is preferred.
- Experience dealing with real estate, property management, construction, contracting, or facility management companies will be an advantage.
- Existing contacts in Dubai or Abu Dhabi business market will be preferred.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
