Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Accounting Outsourcing and ERP Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling, with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable business solutions.

This role involves promoting Accounting \& Bookkeeping Services, VAT and ZATCA Compliance, Payroll Processing, CFO Advisory Services, and ERP solutions while building strong relationships with SMEs, startups, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Outsourcing Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for Accounting \& Bookkeeping services
  • Promote Accounting Outsourcing, Financial Reporting, VAT Compliance, ZATCA Compliance, Payroll Processing, and CFO Advisory Services
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable finance and accounting solutions
  • Conduct business needs assessments and present tailored service offerings
  • Educate clients on compliance requirements and the benefits of outsourced finance functions
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of SMEs, startups, and corporate clients
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and service scopes
  • Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition after project closure

ERP Sales \& Solution Consulting

  • Identify opportunities for ERP implementation among prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business processes and requirements
  • Promote ERP solutions including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business applications
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to arrange demonstrations and prepare solution proposals
  • Present ERP solutions and articulate business benefits to decision-makers

CRM \& Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Ensure timely updates on lead status, follow-ups, client communications, and forecasts
  • Prepare sales pipeline reports and activity summaries for management review
  • Monitor conversion ratios, revenue targets, and sales performance metrics
  • Maintain proper documentation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and client interactions

Business Development \& Relationship Management

  • Attend networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support growth strategies

Reporting \& KPI Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Meet KPIs related to lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, conversion rates, and revenue generation
  • Submit regular sales activity reports and pipeline updates
  • Participate in sales reviews and contribute to business growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, ERP Sales, Accounting Services, Consulting, or Professional Services
  • Experience in selling Accounting Outsourcing, ERP Solutions, Business Consultancy, Audit, Tax, or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, VAT, ZATCA Compliance, and business processes
  • Exposure to Odoo ERP or similar ERP platforms will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and convert business opportunities into long-term client relationships
  • Strong sales acumen with a target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
