The Mission

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking FMCG team merging Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the Halalan Toyyiban market.

We aren't looking for a desk-bound administrator; we need a Market Builder. If you can facilitate a Halal audit and thrive at an international trade show, you belong here.

Your Impact

1. Business Growth \& Events

• Retail Partnerships: Manage and grow B2B retail relationships with major chains (e.g., Watsons).
• Events \& Exhibitions: Represent the brand at local \& overseas trade shows; from booth setup to closing deals.
• Relationship Architect: Identify new market opportunities and expand our Halal-TCM footprint.

2. Halal Leadership \& Compliance

• HAS Ownership: Fully manage and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS).
• Production Audits: Travel to local \& overseas production sites to ensure strict compliance and provide technical support.
• Authority Liaison: Handle all documentation, applications, and renewals with JAKIM and other relevant bodies.

The Must-Haves

• Mindset: A strong desire to develop business and achieve sales targets, while acting as a "Guardian" for Halal standards.
• People Person: Outgoing, passionate, and naturally skilled at interacting with people from all walks of life.
• Event Enthusiast: You genuinely enjoy holding or attending events and creating new business connections.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malay.
• Mobility: Ready and willing to travel frequently for retail partnerships, events, exhibitions, and site inspections.

Added Advantages

• Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (to bridge communication with international partners and production sites).
• Certification: Being a Certified Halal Executive is a significant plus.
• Experience: A proven track record in Halal compliance and production site audits.
