The Business Development Assistant provides administrative support to the team, including managing the Tririga and CRM systems and preparing orders in Axapta. Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, conducting market research, managing email correspondence, and supporting various team events and activities. * Assistance/administrative support to the Business Development team. * Work in the Tririga and CRM system (training will be provided). * Preparation of orders in the Axapta system (training will be provided). * Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations. * E-mail correspondence with colleagues, external partners, suppliers, potential clients, etc. * Agenda planning, appointments, business travel planning, hotel reservations, restaurants, airline tickets, etc. * Active search of information in the real estate cadastre, internet and maps. * Monitoring of demand and offers in the region, monitoring of real estate offered for sale. * Planning visits of reference projects. * Planning visits of reference projects. * Communication with suppliers, clients and potential clients. * Entering contacts into the CRM database. * Other assigned work related to support for the Business Development team (organization of teambuildings, events for clients, agents, etc.).
