About Rachel's Farm

Rachel's Farm is a retreat venue provider with a portfolio of luxury properties across Scotland, England, Ireland, France and Italy. We host immersive retreats, typically a week in length, across art, yoga, wellness, culinary and corporate programmes, and serve a growing international client base, particularly from North America.We oversee every aspect of each retreat, including catering, transfers, onsite staffing and guest itineraries, enabling retreat leaders to concentrate fully on delivering their programme. As a growing business, we are continuing to expand our venues, partnerships and client base.

The Role

This is an entry level position with room to grow. You will report to our Business Development Manager and support the outreach and marketing that brings new retreat leaders, corporate clients and guests to our venues across Scotland, the Lake District, Ireland, France and Tuscany. As the company grows, the right person will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting outreach to new retreat leaders, influencers and corporate clients
• Researching and building lead lists
• Keeping our CRM pipeline accurate and up to date
• Managing communications with warm leads through to booking
• Supporting email campaigns and social media content
• Writing marketing copy for upcoming retreats

What We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone with equivalent experience
• Excellent written communication, with the ability to write clear, professional emails independently
• A confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients and partners
• Strong organisational skills
• An interest in sales, marketing, hospitality or wellness
• Comfortable picking up new digital tools quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva or social media content
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive
• A second language
