Key Responsibilities:

Business Development \& Sales

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue.

Develop new corporate, group dining, private event and catering accounts.

Approach companies, hotels, tour operators, event organisers and other potential business partners.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media and business outreach.

Prepare proposals, quotations and packages for corporate and event clients.

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed business.

Corporate \& Event Partnerships

Build relationships with companies for corporate lunches, dinners, meetings and celebrations.

Develop partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, tour groups and event planners.

Promote restaurant packages for birthdays, weddings, private functions and group bookings.

Explore opportunities for catering and off-site events.

Marketing \& Brand Development

Assist in developing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.

Coordinate with the marketing team on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other platforms.

Develop promotions, seasonal campaigns and special dining packages.

Work with influencers, food bloggers and content creators to increase exposure.

Monitor competitors and identify new promotional opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and business clients.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.

Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.

Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business.

Revenue \& Sales Performance

Assist management in setting monthly sales and business development targets.

Track sales performance, leads, conversion rates and new accounts.

Analyse customer trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Recommend new packages, promotions and business strategies to management.

Team \& Operations Support

Coordinate with restaurant operations, service and kitchen teams to ensure successful execution of events and corporate bookings.

Assist the Restaurant Manager/General Manager in handling large groups and special events.

Support the team in maintaining high service standards.

Assist with staff coordination during major events when required.

Management Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager/Management in implementing business expansion strategies.

Prepare regular business development and sales reports.

Attend meetings with clients and business partners on behalf of the company when required.

Perform other duties related to business development and restaurant operations as assigned by management.
