Job Description

* Develop and maintain existing customer accounts while generating new business opportunities.

* Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

* Conduct customer visits, telemarketing, and market research to identify sales opportunities.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, invoices, and related sales documentation.

* Manage and respond to customer emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

* Provide customer support, consultations, and after-sales services.

* Coordinate with sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.

* Follow up on customer requirements, project progress, and service delivery.

* Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Skills : Sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation \& persuasion skills.

Self-management \& self-motivated creative and skilled in investigation \& problem solving.

Possess good customer service and public relations skills.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Managment , Markiting, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in same field.
  • Excellent Oral and written English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Preferably with a background in Telecommunication and Networking field .
