Rastegar Capital was founded in 2015 by Ari Rastegar as a vertically integrated real estate firm. Ari has built Rastegar Capital into a nationally significant operator, headquartered in Austin, TX, with an estimated future value in the billions across seven asset classes in 38 cities. Specifically, if we developed everything currently owned today (according to plan), the future value is between $4-5 billion.

The firm has a development pipeline spanning approximately 400 acres of raw land. Its investor base includes public pension plans, insurance companies, and approximately 700 high-net-worth individuals. INF1NITY now expands that foundation into a multi-vertical alternative investment platform, with new business lines spanning venture capital and institutional capital formation, marking a meaningful inflection point in both its product suite and distribution strategy.

THE BRIEF

We are seeking someone to work closely with our CEO \& Founder on a variety of strategic, operational, and technical content related deliverables. Key tasks include creating a company-wide digital operating manual and/or references guide by synthesizing competitor analysis, relating the CEO \& Founder's 'book underlines' across 7-8 books (amongst many more), and translate into important takeaways for the operating company and/or each of the separate departments, organizing 600 pages of new company branding collateral into a cohesive digital format, reviewing marketing, sales scripting, and business product designs for a new holding company.

We're basically seeking to transfer what has historically been 'tribal' knowledge to an in-house LMS (library management system) that defines who we are, what we do, and how we do it via a shared platform of mutual accountability. Think of it as our version of Netflix's 'No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention'. This will help enable the SLT (senior leadership team) members to ensure focused alignment across mission, strategic lines of business, cultural values, and goals.

All of which will start to allow the CEO \& Founder to have a central 'brain trust' repository which outlines an actionable strategic plan for the business operating structure which can be both referenced with internal employees as well as external investors.
