The Business Analyst will lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements for the emergency backstop capability. The Business Analyst will work across operational, technical, regulatory, and stakeholder groups to translate complex business needs into structured requirements that support solution definition, evaluation, and procurement. The role will also establish a clear requirements baseline to support subsequent design and delivery phases, ensuring continuity into later stages of the program. The role requires an experienced practitioner who can operate effectively in a complex program environment with minimal direction, proactively drive outcomes, and quickly establish credibility with stakeholders while managing competing priorities. Required Skills and Experience
Desired Skills/Experience * Experience in energy sector operations, control room environments or emergency response frameworks. * Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, IT/OT, regulatory and executive levels. * Familiarity with AEMO frameworks, DNSP environments or similar critical infrastructure.
